> Receiving calls from customers based out of US
> Solving queries and concerns on the call
> Arranging for any service required by the Customer
> Provide Customer with product and service information
> Up sell Products and Services
> Follow-up on customer inquires and resolve
> Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
> Recommend process improvements.
Job Specification:
> Should be Customer Centric
> Excellent English (Verbal) Communication Skills
> Working knowledge of Computers
> Professional Phone etiquettes and ability to work with a Team
> Should be willing to work in night shift
> Should be open to change
> Minimum of 18 years of age
Educational Requirements:
> Should be minimum 10+2 or a Graduate
> B.Tech and MCA graduates are not eligible
