How to Copy Gmail Messages to your New Gmail Account.

If you are moving from a Gmail account , you can easily Gmail's built-in e-mail from the old account to the new use of the program can copy all of your Gmail messages .

Gmail accounts are available for both Gmail and Google Apps mail with the program , download messages from an account using POP access and copy them to your other account . It's the old Gmail messages and you can also set up e-mail after receiving the works for any new messages .

Copy Gmail Messages to another Gmail Address

>> In your new email account, go to Gmail Settings -> Accounts and choose “Check mail from other accounts (using POP3)”.

>> Click “Add a POP3 mail account you own” and enter your old Gmail address in the input box. Click Next.

>> Enter your Gmail password and check the settings “Leave a copy of retrieved messages on the server” and “Label incoming messages” to easily identify emails fetched from the old address.

Add the account and Gmail will start copying your old messages to the new address.


Copy Email Messages from Google Apps to a Gmail Address

If you are moving messags from an @gmail.com address to @yourcompany.com address (hosted on Google Apps), the steps for Mail Fetcher are mostly the same except that in Step 3, you need to enter the following values:

Incoming Mail (POP3) Server: pop.gmail.com (Port: 995)
Username: your email address (username@your_domain.com)
Password: your Gmail password (Google Apps)

Click the Add Account button to and Gmail will automatically fetch old and new messages from the old Google Apps address to your new Gmail Address.
